摘要
为了使装载机驱动桥疲劳试验更加真实地反映装载机实际作业情况,研究了装载机驱动桥疲劳试验扭矩加载谱的编制方法。在扭矩加载谱的编制过程中,根据装载机驱动桥实际扭矩特性,提出了驱动桥疲劳试验时前传动轴正反转加载的方法,确定了前传动轴载荷谱的分级数、载荷循环阈值和疲劳试验时的转速。结果表明:依据前传动轴正反转加载的方法处理的等效效果与装载机实际作业情况相一致,很大程度地降低疲劳试验难度;疲劳试验时前传动轴转速的选择方法可使疲劳试验更加真实地模拟装载机实际作业情况;加载一个强化疲劳试验加载谱块需11.4 h,相当于装载机实际作业609.2 h,明显加快了驱动桥疲劳试验的进程。
To simulate the loader driving axle fatigue tests more realistic loader actual operation situations, a torque load spectrum compiling method of fatigue tests for loader driving axles was researched. In the compiling processes of the torque load spectrums, the loading method of former transmission shaft forword and reverse was proposed according to the actual torque characteristics of the loader driving axles. Subsequently the levels of load spectrum, the load threshold and the rotational speed of fatigue tests were determined. The results show that the equivalent effects of the theoretical treatment by the loading method of former transmission shaft fo^ord and reverse are consistent with the actual operations of the loader, which may reduce fatigue test difficulties largely. The selection method of rotational speeds for the former transmission shafts in the fatigue tests may get the fatigue tests more realistic to simulate the actual operation of the loader. Loading an intensified fatigue test load spectrum of 11.4 h is equivalent to the actual operation of the loader for 609.2 h, which means that the fatigue test processes of driving axles are accelerated greatly.
