摘要
为明确左炔诺孕酮(L)和炔雌醚(Q)2种不育剂对鼠类繁殖的影响,在实验室以布氏田鼠(Lasiopodomys brandtii)为研究对象,设置L(+/-)×Q(+/-)4组双因素试验,每组7对个体,连续7 d以灌胃法给药,剂量为2 mg/kg。灌胃试验完成后配对饲养,记录动物体质量与繁殖情况;30 d后解剖动物,测定繁殖器官质量和血清激素水平。结果表明,Q可以显著降低布氏田鼠的体质量,在灌胃后14 d时降低最多,比灌胃前体质量降低了18.16%。L和Q均显著抑制布氏田鼠的繁殖,L^-Q^-组个体怀孕率为85.70%,L^+Q^-组为7.14%,其他2组均无怀孕个体。L显著升高睾丸指数(-2.11%~66.67%)和附睾指数(18.18%~160.00%),Q促进L对二者的升高作用;Q显著抑制子宫指数(-64.20%^-30.56%)和睾丸指数(-43.16%^-3.22%),L则削弱了Q对二者的抑制作用。Q未显著影响血清雌二醇、睾酮、促卵泡生成素和皮质酮的含量;L显著抑制血清促卵泡生成素的表达量(-11.83%^-55.38%),Q提升L的抑制作用。总之,Q对布氏田鼠的繁殖具有抑制作用,而L的抑制作用较弱,二者混用可降低Q的有效抑制作用。
We used Brandt's voles( Lasiopodomys brandtii) to study the effects of levonorgestrel( L) and quinestrol( Q) on the reproduction of rodents. A two-way ANOVA experiment,L( +/-) × Q( +/-),was performed on four groups of Brandt's voles. Each group included seven pairs of voles( 14 individuals in total) and was given a dose of 2 mg/kg daily using the method of pouring belly in seven days. The Brandt's voles were then mated and their weight and reproduction were recorded. After thirty days,the reproductive organs were weighted and the levels of hormones in blood were measured. The results showed that Q could significantly reduce Brandt's weight,especially after 14 days of pouring belly( it was reduced by 18. 16%). L and Q both significantly inhibited the reproduction of Brandt's voles. The L^-Q^-group had a pregnancy rate of 85. 70%,while the L+Q-group only had 7. 14%,and the other two groups had none. L significantly increased testis index(-2. 11% — 66. 67%) and epididymis index( 18. 18% —160. 00%),and Q promoted L's positive effects on the two indexes. Q significantly inhibited uterus index(-64. 20% — -30. 56%) and testis index(-43. 16% — -3. 22%),and L decreased the suppression of Q on the two indexes. There were no significant effects of Q on estradiol,testosterone,urofollitrophin and corticosterone contents. L significantly inhibited the expression of urofollitrophin(-11. 83% — -55. 38%),and Q increased the suppression of L. In conclusion,Q inhibits the reproduction of Brandt 's voles,whereas L has a weaker suppression than Q. The combined usage of L and Q can reduce Q 's suppression.
