中国渔业社区发展面临的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of China′s Fishery Community Development

随着渔业资源的持续衰退,以及渔业经济主体和经济活动愈发多元化和复杂化,渔业社区面临的问题亦日趋多样而复杂,但渔业社区的发展始终离不开其赖以生存的渔业资源及其地理环境、渔民长期言传身教而得以世代相传和积累的知识和文化、渔民生产和生活中遗留下的人文遗迹、自然景观资源及产业资源。由于每个渔业社区并非具有相同水平的上述资源,故需包括渔民、专家及政府等众多利益相关者的努力协调,努力挖掘和利用自身资源,制定符合自身特点的渔业社区发展规划并努力践行之。

With the continuous decline of China＇ s fishery resources and the diversification and complexity of fishery economic entities andeconomic activities,the problems faced by fishery communities are becoming increasingly diverse and complex.However,the development of China＇ sfishery community always depend on the fishery resources and survival geographical environment,the knowledge and culture generated andaccumulated by fishermen for many generations,the cultural relics left behind the fishermen＇ s production and life,as well as natural landscaperesources and industrial resources.It＇ s well known that the above resources in each fishery community is not in the same level,so it＇ s extremelyimportant and necessary for stakeholders including fishermen,experts and government to coordinate,excavate and use their own resources,so as tomake and carry out their special fishery community development planning.
