摘要
文章针对高速经编机的多段速送经组织,运用SCM01型分析仪捕捉不同机速下闭环控制送经系统编织不同送经量的控制过程,并结合实验得到的多段速送经组织编织时送经电动机的速度切换时间,分析花型组织的送经量对切换时间的影响。研究经编多段速送经组织的控制特性,有助于提高多速送经系统的响应性、控制精度和稳定性,提升产品品质,还为花型设计提供理论参考,提高花型组织的可织性。
By capturing the control process of different warp run-in of the closed-loop controlled let-off system at diferent machine speeds with the SCM01 analyzer and based on the speed switching time of the multi-speed let-of motor obtained from the experiment, the paper analyzes the infuence of the warp run-in of diferent patterns on the switching time. The study on the control characteristics of the multi-speed let-of system on warp knitting machine is expected to help improve the responsiveness, control accuracy and stability of multi-speed let-of system and improve the product quality, and provide a theoretical reference for pattern design and improve the weavability of the pattern.
