摘要
针对机械构件存在的残余应力,研究开发了智能豪克能应力消除及检测系统。该系统将智能机器人与豪克能应力消除设备及磁测应力测量系统三者集成,模拟豪克能执行器消除残余应力的最佳运动轨迹及方式,通过豪克能方式来改变构件原有的应力场,消除残余拉应力,并产生一定数值的压应力。磁测应力测量系统自动测量构件焊缝残余应力并具备应力梯度测量、应力云图测量功能,其中加工参数、工作参数、动态变化曲线和应力测量结果可以统计、查询、打印、汇总,同时具备保存和无线传输功能。
For the residual stress existing in mechanical components,the research and development the intelligent Hawking stress elimination device and magnetic stress measurement equipment.It is integrated to simulate the best movement trajectory and way of eliminating the residual stress.The method can improve the original stress field of the component,eliminate the residual tensile stress,and produce a certain value of the compressive stress.The residual stress of the workpiece can be measured automatically by magnetic stress equipment and the stress gradient measurement and stress cloud display function can be realized.The processing parameters,operating parameters,dynamic curve and stress measurement results could be statistical,queried,print ed and summarized.Besides,it is with the preservation and wireless transmission function.
