摘要
针对盘类薄壁零件合格率低、质量问题较多,特别是两端面平行度及重点尺寸超差严重等问题,在加工实践与有限元分析技术相结合的基础上,通过采取设计专用夹具,优选夹紧布局和夹紧力,优化车削刀具参数和切削参数,合理选用切削液,降低切削温度等措施,较好地解决了盘类薄壁零件加工变形的问题,使该零件的加工质量得到了大幅度提升,成品率达到了90%以上。
For disk type of thin wall parts,qualified rate is low and quality problem is serious,especially in the face parallelism and key size of serious problems.Based on the organic combination of the processing practices and the finite element analysis technology,by designing special fixture,optimizing the clamping force,optimization of cutting tool and cutting parameters,reasonably selecting cutting fluid,and reducing the cutting temperature,the problem of deformation of the disk type of thin-walled parts processing could be better solved,to significantly enhance the quality of the parts processing,and thus the parts qualified rate turns to be above 90%.
