HPLC法测定儿泻康贴膜中桂皮醛的含量

The Concentration of Cinnamaldehyde in Erxiekang Film Determined by HPLC

目的:建立儿泻康贴膜中桂皮醛含量测定。方法:采用HPLC法,乙腈-水(45∶55)为流动相,C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);检测波长为290 nm。结果:桂皮醛在0.064 7~0.970 5μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率100.7%,RSD=1.1%。结论:此方法准确、可靠,可用于儿泻康贴膜的质量控制。

Objective： To detect the concentration of cinnamaldehyde in Erxiekang film. Methods： HPLC was applied. Mobile phase： acetonitrile-water（ 45 ∶ 55）; C（18） column（ 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5μm）; detection wavelength：290 nm. Results： It had a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 0647 ~ 0. 9705μg; the average recovery was 100.7% ,RSD% was equaled 1. 1% . Conclusions： This method is accurate,reliable,which can be used to establish the quality control of erxiekang film.
