基于供给侧改革的高职教育新视角探析

A New Perspective of Higher Vocational Education Based on Supply-side Reform

供给侧是目前经济学领域的一种供给方面,相对于需求侧,在我国经济出现结构性危机的时候,供给侧结构性改革也成为了推动经济结构性改革的一个重要因素,而经济领域的供给侧与需求侧理论同样适用于目前的高职教育领域。本文在对经济视角下高职教育改革进行分析的基础上,对高职教育发展的现实困境进行研究,从培养高等职业教育人才供给、职业教育课程内容供给、职业生产实践供给等方面,提出供给侧改革视角下高职教育的创新策略。

The supply side is a kind of supply aspect in the field of economics. Compared with the demand side,the structural reform of the supply side has become an important factor to promote the structural reform of the economy. The supply side and the demand side theory also apply to the current field of higher vocational education. On the basis of analyzing the reform of higher vocational education from the economic perspective,this paper studies the practical dilemma of the development of higher vocational education on the basis of demand side reform. From the aspects of cultivating the supply of higher vocational education talents,the supply of vocational education curriculum content,the supply of vocational production practice and so on. The paper puts forward the reform strategy of higher vocational education from the perspective of supply side reform.
