基于三方利益驱动下的现代学徒制研究与实践

摘要 文章阐述了现代学徒制利益主体的构成,分析了在实施现代学徒制过程中各利益主体的诉求以及各利益主体在获取各自利益时产生的问题,给出了平衡各利益主体的策略:政府应发挥统筹、协调和干预作用,以平衡各相关主体的利益;学校在改善自身办学条件的同时,也应考虑企业的需求;企业在追求利润的同时,要积极承担社会责任;学生(学徒)要德技并行,认真履行协议。最终达到利益共赢,推进现代学徒制稳步发展。 Modern apprenticeship is one of effective personnel training modes to solve the contradiction between supply and demand in vocational education. The subject of running school has developed from one part to multiparty,whose participation will form the diverse interests of the subject. It only balances the interests of all parties,the sustainable development of the apprenticeship can be guaranteed. The article expounds the composition of modern apprenticeship interest subjects,analyzes demands of various stakeholders in the process of implementation of modern apprenticeship in detail and the existing problems when the stakeholders obtain their respective interests,provides the strategies to balance the interests of the main body. The government should play a leading role in coordination and intervention in order to balance the interests concern;Schools are trying to improve their educational condition at the same time,also should consider the needs of the enterprises;Enterprises pursuit profit at the same time,they also actively undertake social responsibilities; Students(apprentice) should be outstanding in morality and technology and earnestly fulfill agreement. Only in this way, can modern apprenticeship achieve win-win situation to promote the stable development of modern apprenticeship.
