十堰市环境应急管理现状分析与研究

Present Situation of Shiyan Environmental Emergency Management

从环境风险分析、环境应急体制、环境应急机制建设等方面介绍了十堰市环境应急体系现状,同时也指出了应急管理体系中存在的不足,并从完善应急监测体系和加强应急处理能力建设方面给出了建议。

This paper analyzes the present situation of Shiyan environmental emergency system from the aspects of environmental risk analysis,environmental emergency mechanism and emergency mechanism construction,and also states the shortcomings of Shiyan emergency management system. Some suggestions are put forward on how to improve the emergency monitoring system and strengthen emergency treatment capacity construction.
