摘要
为了更好地对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)纤维混凝土进行利用,了解其钢筋混凝土结构的力学性质,设计了一组普通混凝土混合物与HDPE纤维混凝土的对比试验。利用气缸及棱镜等设备,对两种混凝土的弹性模量、立方体抗压特性、圆柱体拉伸强度、弯曲拉伸强度(折断模数)进行测试和分析。结果表明,HDPE纤维混凝土在上述力学性能方面都要远优于普通混凝土,其对酸碱的耐腐蚀性也要强很多,因此具有较高的耐久性。
In order to make better use of high density polyethylene (HDPE) fiber concrete and to understand the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete structure, a set of comparison tests between common concrete mixture and HDPE fiber concrete was designed on the elastic modulus, the compressive properties of the cube, the tensile strength of the cylinder and the flexural tensile strength ( broken modulus) by using the equipment such as cylinder and prism. The results show that HDPE fiber concrete in the above mechanical properties are much better than the ordinary concrete , and its acid and alkali corrosion resistance is also much stronger, therefore it has a high durability.
