二乙基次膦酸铝的合成及其协同阻燃软线材料研究 被引量:3

Synthesis of Aluminum Salts of Diethyl Phosphinic Acid and Its Synergistic Effect on Flame Retardant Thermalplastic Elastomer

摘要 采用格氏试剂法合成了二乙基次膦酸铝,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱对反应产物进行表征,结果表明其特征峰均与二乙基次膦酸铝的特征峰相吻合,通过热失重分析了其热稳定性,结果表明热稳定性较好。将其作为阻燃剂与三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)、阻燃成炭剂聚苯醚(PPO)共同加入到软线材料中。测试软线材料的阻燃性能和热稳定性。软线材料的垂直燃烧级别可达到UL94 V-0级,达到了较好的阻燃效果。 Aluminum salts of diethyl phosphinic acid was synthesized by Grignard reagent method. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to characterize the product, and the spectra showed that the characteristic peaks of aluminum salts of diethyl phosphinic acid. The thermal stability of products was tested by thermo-gravimetric analysis and the results showed the good thermal stability. And aluminum salts of diethyl phosphinic acid as flame retardant, melamine cyanurate (MCA) as flame retardant additive, and polyphenylether (PPO) as flame retardant char forming agent were used to prepare flame retardant thermal plastic elastomers. The flame retardant properties and thermal stability of the thermal plastic elastomer were investigated. The vertical firing of the material ranks UL94 V-O, showing good flame retardant.
