摘要
根据异响的成因建立了动力学方程,运用仿真模拟的方法,计算得到了不同涡轮蜗杆间隙的零部件加速度曲线,对比得出间隙增大加速度随之增加的结论。客观地评价了配合间隙对异响的影响程度。
It establishes the dynamic equation according to the cause of abnormal noise, uses the method of simulation to calculate acceleration curve of parts with different turbine worm clearance, arnvals at a conclusion that the acceleration increases with the increase of clearance by contrast, objectively evaluates the influence of the matching gap on the abnormal sound.
