摘要
针对某纯电动客车整车低速抖动问题,用整车振动试验测试、整车模态试验及电机台架振动试验探寻了其原因,提出了用提高电机IGBT控制器开关频率及转子动平衡量方法改善电机振动,测试结果表明,整车低速抖动现象得到极大地改善。
Aiming at the problem of low speed jitter of a pure electric bus, it explores the causes by the vehicle vibration test, vehicle modal test and motor bench vibration test, puts forward improving motor vibration by increasing motor IGBT controller's switching frequency and rotor dynamic balance. The test results show that the low speed jitter of the whole vehicle has been greatly improved.
