基于扎根理论的县域医联体功能定位研究

Research on the functional orientation of county-wide healthcare alliances in grounded theory

目的探究县域医联体的基本功能定位以及维持其稳定运行和持续发展的方向。方法2017年11月10-30日，实地走访调研了不同地区、不同领域的42名政府官员、专家学者、县域医联体内公立医院职工、居民，运用扎根理论对访谈所得资料进行分析，逐步提炼出核心范畴。结果确定县域医联体基本功能、稳定运行、持续发展3个核心范畴。结论县域医联体建设是实现分级诊疗、提高健康水平的有效方式。完善的治理机制、合理的利益平衡机制、科学的资源共享机制，是其发挥作用的基础。

Objective To explore the basic functional orientation of countywide healthcare alliances and how to maintain their stable operation and sustainable development direction. Methods 42 government officials, experts, employees of countywide healthcare alliances and residents were interviewed. The grounded theory was used to analyze data from the interview, with the core categories gradually extracted. Results Three basic functions were defined for such healthcare alliances, namely basic functions, stable operation and sustainable development. Conclusions Tile healthcare alliances prove an effective way to build the hierarchical medical system and improve people＇s health in general. Such alliances rely on good governance mechanism, reasonable balance mechanism of interests and scientific resource sharing mechanism.
