医疗器械唯一标识在医用耗材供应链管理中的应用实践

Application of unique device identification in hospital＇s medical consumables supply chain： practice and experience

分析了医用耗材供应链管理需求现状以及医疗器械唯一标识（unique device identification，UDI）管理特性。结合医院实际管理需求，针对高风险医用耗材管理，提出了建立UDI数据库并实现条码解析自动识别的统一编码管理及信息系统解决方案，为实现医用耗材供应链的信息共享，解决医用耗材管理中的产品识别难、流程管理难、后期追溯难等难题提供了参考和借鉴。

This paper introduced the current demands for medical consumables supply chain and the management characteristics of unique device identification （UDI）. In line with management needs of the hospital and management of high-risk medical consumables, the paper proposed to establish the UDI-based database, and the solution of standardized coding management and information system equipped with barcode resolution and automatic identification. These efforts provide useful references to overcome difficulties in product identification, process management, and follow-up tracking of such consumables.
