秋柞蚕产量构成因素及对产茧量的影响 被引量:2

A Study on Yield Component Factors and Their Effect on Cocoon Output of Autumn Tussah Silkworm

摘要 揭示秋柞蚕产量构成因素与蚕茧产量的相关程度,可为制定高产柞蚕品种选育的技术策略提供依据。采用相关、回归和通径分析法,对10个秋柞蚕品种(纯种)和21个杂交组合(杂交种)的产量及构成要素进行统计分析。杂交种的单蛾产茧量主要集中在800~1 200 g之间,纯种的单蛾产茧量主要集中在600~1 000 g之间。产量构成因素与产量的相关程度为:收蚁结茧率〉幼虫生命率〉千粒茧质量〉收蚁率〉单蛾产卵数量。通过多元线性逐步回归分析得到的秋柞蚕产量构成因素与产茧量的回归方程,能较好地预测秋柞蚕单蛾产茧量。产量构成因素对产茧量的直接通径系数的大小依次为:收蚁结茧率〉单蛾产卵数量〉千粒茧质量〉幼虫生命率。根据上述分析结果初步认为,秋柞蚕高产品种的选育应以收蚁结茧率和幼虫生命率为主要目标性状,再兼顾其他性状的选择。 Revealing the correlation between yield component factors and cocoon output of autumn tussah silkworm( Antheraea pernyi) can provide references for setting up technological strategy in breeding high yield tussah silkworm varieties. The cocoon output and its comprising factors of 10 autumn tussah varieties( pure strains) and 21 hybrid combinations( hybrid varieties) were statistically analyzed by using correlation,regression and path analysis methods. Results showed that cocoon output per moth of hybrid variety was mainly distributed from 800 to 1 200 g and that of pure strain was mainly distributed from 600 to 1 000 g. The correlation degree of yield component factors with cocoon output was:cocooning rate of collected newly hatched larvaesurvival rate of larvathousand cocoon weight collection rate of newly hatched larvaenumber of eggs laid by single moth. The multiple stepwise regression equation about the yield component factors and cocoon output can be used to predict the cocoon production of single moth of autumn tussah varieties. Direct path coefficient of yield component factors on cocoon production was: cocooning rate of collected newly hatched larvaenumber of eggs laid by single mothweight of one thousand cocoonssurvival rate of larvae. According to these results,cocooning rate of collected newly hatched larvae and survival rate of larvae should be taken into account first in breeding high yield autumn tussah varieties,while considering other traits as well.
