摘要
科技型小微企业集群组织结构是一个开放演化、适应性的复杂网络系统,从而其知识传播和扩散具有新的特点。文章首先构建反映集群组织结构变化的NW小世界网络模型,以特征路径长度、聚集系数等参数来反映其组织结构特征和知识传播的关系;其次,结合科技型企业知识吸收的五大特征要素建造网络多维度的知识扩散模型。经模型检验发现,密切的战略联盟关系和知识交流频率能显著地提高网络中的知识扩散量,降低特征路径长度,提高企业知识协同创新的能力。
The cluster structure of technology - based SMEs is a complex network system with open evolution and adapta- bility, which leads to new characteristics of knowledge dissemination and diffusion. This paper firstly constructs the NW small - world network model to reflect the evolving change of cluster structure, the relationship between the characteristics of organizational structure and the propagation of knowledge is reflected by the characteristic path length, aggregation coeffi- cient and other parameters; then constructs a multi - dimensional knowledge diffusion model of network according to five in- fluencing factors on knowledge assimilation of technological enterprises. Through model inspection the result shows that, close strategic alliance relationship and knowledge exchange frequency can significantly increase the amount of knowledge diffusion in the network, reduce the length of characteristic path and improve the ability of collaborative innovation of knowledge.
