摘要
教师表现性评价标准是美国政府制定的第一部全国统一性的基础教育改革标准,其基本思想是从教学的基本要素"教师"入手,提高基础教育质量,增强国家未来的竞争力。建立合理的教师评价指标,促进教师专业化发展;从实践出发,以发展作为教师评价的最终目标;明确有效的教育教学标准,促进有意义的教学;因材施教,促进教育教学公平发展,是教师表现性评价标准带给我国教师教育改革的启示。
"Teacher Performance Assessment"is the first national basic education reform standard formulated by the U. S. government. The basic idea is to create a standard-driven education system which starts the basic element of "teacher"to improve the quality of basic education and to enhance the future competitiveness of the country. "Teacher Performance Assessment "brings us some enlightenment in the reform of teacher education,such as to establish reasonable teacher evaluation index,and promote teacher professional development. In practice,to develope is the ultimate goal of teacher assessment. In that sense,we should clarify to clear the effective educational teaching standards to promote meaningful teaching. We should teach according to learners differences to promote the fair development of education and teaching.
