高校创业型体育人才培养研究

Research on the Training of Entrepreneurial Sports Talents in Universities

随着"体育强国"战略的提出与实施,我国对体育人才的培养日益重视。但是目前高校在体育人才培养观念和人才培养模式等方面仍有许多弊端。高校在制定体育人才培养策略时,要重视创业型体育人才相对缺失的问题,加强创业型体育人才培养,完善人才培养体系与模式,注重体育专业学生创业精神、创业意识和创业能力的培养,为我国体育产业经济和体育教育事业的发展培养更多的创业型人才。

With the proposal and implementation of the ＂sports power＂ strategy, China has begun to pay more and more attention to the training of sports talents but currently in universities there are still many shortcomings in the concept and mode of training sports talents. Therefore, when making the strategy of sports talent training, universities should pay attention to the status quo of relative lack of entrepreneurial sports talents, strengthen the concept of train- ing entrepreneurial sports talents, perfect the system and mode of talent training, pay attention to the cultivation of en- trepreneurial spirit, awareness and ability of students majoring in sports so as to provide more entrepreneurial talents for the development of sports-industry economy and the cause of sports education in China.
