丹红注射液对部分临床生化项目体外干扰研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究丹红注射液对乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、尿素(UREA)、肌酐(CREA)、尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、高密度胆固醇(HDL)、低密度胆固醇(LDL)检测方法的干扰作用。方法严格按照CLSI制定的EP7-A2[1]分析干扰实验方案,通过干扰筛选和剂量效应实验,研究丹红注射液对LDH、UREA、CREA、UA、TG、TCHO、HDL和LDL检测方法是否存在干扰,并进行剂量效应实验明确干扰程度与药物浓度之间的关系。结果丹红注射液对LDH、UREA有不同程度的正干扰,对CREA、UA、TG、TCHO、HDL和LDL有不同程度的负向干扰。结论丹红注射液对LDH、UREA、CREA、UA、TG、TCHO、HDL和LDL常用检测方法的测定最小干扰稀释倍数分别为1∶80、1∶40、1∶800、1∶400、1∶80、1∶400、1∶400。 Objective To study the interferenceof Danhonginjection on detections of lactate dehydrogenase( LDH),urea( UREA),creatinine( CREA),uric acid( UA),triglyceride( TG),total cholesterol( TCHO),high density cholesterol),Low-density cholesterol( LDL). Methods According to the EP7-A2 protocol made by CLSI,the interference screening experiment and dose-effect experiment were used to study whether there exists an inference of Danhong injection on LDH,UREA,CREA,UA,TG,TCHO,HDL and LDL measures. Results Danhong injection had different degrees of positive interference on LDH and UREA,and had different degrees of negative interference on CREA,UA,TG,TCHO,HDL and LDL measures.Conclusion The optimal minimum interference dilution of LDH,UREA,CREA,UA,TG,TCHO,HDL and LDL on Danhong injection is 1∶ 80,1∶ 40,1∶ 800,1∶ 400,1∶ 80,1∶ 400,1∶ 400.
