600 MW空冷供热机组补水率高原因分析及处理措施

摘要 针对国电河北龙山发电有限责任公司600 MW空冷供热机组补水率偏高问题,从机组补水率的影响因素锅炉的全面吹灰、冬季暖风器的投入、暖通的运行、化学采样、除氧器脱氧门脱氧、阀门和管道的泄露、热力设备启动和检修时疏水和排汽、脱硝用汽、冬季供热投入用汽等方面进行全面排查分析,认为设备长期运行致使阀门和管道磨损泄露以及人为操作不当是导致补水率高的原因,并提出相应的处理措施。 For guodian longshan company 600 mw air cooling heating unit is the high rate of filling water,from the influence factors of filling water rate comprehensive blowing of boiler,winter warm wind input,the operation of the hvac,chemical sampling,deaerator deoxidization door deoxidization,valves and pipe leakage,thermal equipment startup and maintenance hydrophobic and exhaust steam,denitration with steam,steam heating in winter with comprehensive screening analysis,think equipment wear long run lead to valve and pipeline leak and human improper operation is the cause of high hydrating rate, and puts forward corresponding treatment measures.
