2013-2017年米易县碘缺乏病病情监测结果分析

Surveillance on the Iodine Deficiency Disorders Situation of Miyi County From 2013 to 2017

目的为掌握米易县碘缺乏病病情与居民碘营养状况,防治措施落实情况,科学评价防治效果,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法根据2013-2017年米易县碘缺乏病病情监测数据库结果进行分析。结果2013-2017年米易县碘缺乏病病情监测工作覆盖了全县12个乡镇、5类人群,结果显示每年学生甲状腺肿大率低于5%,居民食用盐及盐库盐碘离子含量均在国家规定的标准范围内,孕妇尿碘游离在适量碘摄入与摄入不足之间,水碘含量均低于国家水碘标准。结论虽然米易县碘缺乏病消除已达标,近几十年也无碘缺乏病病情,但自然环境缺碘现象是不能改变的,病因依然存在,因此米易县防治碘缺乏病仍以供应碘盐为主,并加强监测工作。

Objective To understand the status of iodine deficiency disorders in Miyi County, the iodine nutrition status of residents, the implementation of prevention and treatment measures, evaluate the effect of prevention and treatment scientifically and provide scientific basis for making prevention and cure strategies. Methods According to the results of monitoring database of iodine deficiency disorders in Miyi County from 2013 to 2017, the results were analyzed. Results In the past five years, monitoring of iodine deficiency disorders in Miyi County covered 12 towns and 5 kinds of people in the eounty. The results showed that the annual goiter rate was less than 5 %, and the salt content of salt and salt iodized salt residents were regulated the state standard range, urinary iodine free pregnant women the amount of iodine intake and inadequate intake, water iodine content lower than the national standard of water iodine. Conclusion Although the elimination of iodine deficiency in Miyi County has reached the standard. There is no iodine deficiency disease in recent decades. However, iodine deficiency in the natural environment can not be changed and its cause still exists. Therefore, iodine deficiency disease in Miyi County still need to be taken care of, and strengthen monitoring.
