摘要
针对快递"最后一公里"配送中存在的高成本、低效率、交通拥堵以及收件人隐私信息泄露等问题,从配送成本及效率、配送环境、配送信息平台建设、隐私保护四个角度对比分析现有配送模式的优缺点。将信息共享平台以及众包模式引入快递配送,提出了"面向信息共享的干线协同运输+末端众包配送"的综合配送模式。采用"AHP+模糊评价"方法对该模式进行可行性评价,结果表明该模式具有较好的可行性。
The "last mile"delivery model of express service is faced with the problem of high cost of distribution,low efficiency,traffic jam and privacy disclosure. The advantages and disadvantages of current delivery model are analyzed from four sides including distribution cost and efficiency,distribution environment,distribution information platform and privacy protection. By introducing the information sharing platform and the crowd package model into the express delivery,this paper proposes the synthetic distribution model based on information sharing that combines trunk co-transportation and terminal crowdsourcing distribution. Finally,the feasibility of the model is evaluated by integrating analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation. The result shows that the model has a good feasibility.
