镀银钡铁氧体空心微球的制备及吸波性能研究

摘要 通过模板法制得钡铁氧体空心微球(BFHM),再采用化学镀法将Ag与BFHM进行复合,成功制得Ag/BFHM复合颗粒,实现了材料的电磁复合,并对其结构、性能进行表征分析。结果表明:化学镀Ag后,与BFHM的电导率(σ=4.44×1016S/cm)相比,Ag/BFHM提高到35.6S/cm。Ag的加入使得Ag/BFHM的磁饱和强度(34.82emu/g)、矫顽力(36570e)和剩磁强度(19.41emu/g)均有所下降,Ag/BFHM在9.1-11.3GHz频段内反射损耗小于-10dB,吸收效率达到90%以上,而10.06GHz时,反射损耗达到最小值-17.8dB。 Barium ferrite hollow micro - spheres ( BFHM ) were prepared by template methods. Then the Ag/BFHM composite particles were prepared successfully by chemical silvering method with Ag and BFHM which realized the electromagnetic composite material. The structure and properties of samples were characterized. The results showed that the conductivity of Ag/BFHM increased to 35.6S/cm comparing with BFHM. The addition of Ag elemental made Ag/BFHM magnetic saturation intensity ( Ms = 34.82emu/g), the coercive force ( Hc = 3657Oe) and rema- nent magnetization ( Mr = 19.41 emu/g) decreased. Within less than - lOdB and the absorption efficiency were more of Ag/BFHM were to the minimum -17.8dB. 9.1 -11.3GHz band, reflection loss of Ag/BFHM were than 90%.
