创新投入促进区域发展的实证研究

Innovation Input Promotes Regional Development——An Empirical Study

在信息时代、知识社会的创新形态下,创新驱动成为区域发展的主动力。利用2011年至2016年安徽省统计年鉴数据,建立人均地区生产总值的模型,实证分析表明创新投入显著提升人均地区生产总值。然而,相比全国各省创新投入数据,安徽省创新投入强度低于全国平均值;另外,安徽省内16地市的创新投入经费也不均衡。对此,本研究提出完善各类创新制度、加大区域创新投入费用、加强创新人才培养力度等建议,以期推进安徽创新型省份建设步伐。

In information age and under the innovation norm of intellectual society,innovation drive has become a major force in regional development. Based on the statistical yearbook data in Anhui province from2011 to 2016,a PGDP model was established. And an empirical analysis indicated that innovation input significantly enhances PGDP. However,comparing the data with other provinces＇ innovation input,Anhui province lags behind the national average; besides,investment in innovation is uneven among the sixteen cities in Anhui province. Therefore,this paper puts forward some proposals that perfect all kinds of innovation systems,increase the investment in innovation,strengthen the innovative personnel training to quicken the construction pace of innovative province of Anhui.
