摘要
目的:观察玛咖多糖胶囊对小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧及免疫功能的影响。方法:采用负重游泳试验观察玛咖多糖胶囊对小鼠的抗疲劳作用;采用断头试验观察玛咖多糖胶囊对小鼠耐缺氧的影响;测定小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量,比较玛咖多糖胶囊对免疫器官指数的影响。结果:玛咖多糖胶囊能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,增加断头小鼠呼吸次数和呼吸维持时间,显著提高胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结论:玛咖多糖胶囊具有抗疲劳,提高耐缺氧能力和增强免疫功能作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Maca polysaccharide capsule(MPC) on anti-fatigue,hypoxia tolerance and immune function in mice. Methods: The anti-fatigue effect of MPC was observed in loaded-swimming mice,hypoxia tolerance effect of MPC was observed in decapitation mice,and the immune organ index was determined in mice. Results: MPC could significantly prolong the loaded-swimming time,increase respiration frequency and respiration maintenance time,raice the spleen index and thymus index. Conclusion: MPC has the effects of anti-fatigue,increasing the hypoxia tolerance and enhancing immune function.
