乳腺癌Ki-67免疫组化检测结果判读研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 乳腺癌Ki-67免疫组化检测是乳腺癌分子分型的重要指标,Ki-67指数与乳腺癌个体化治疗及预后密切相关,但不同观察者对Ki-67免疫组化检测结果的判读重复性较差。目前使用的乳腺癌Ki-67免疫组化检测结果判读方法,有显微镜下视觉评估、显微镜下人工手动计数、数字图像分析软件半自动判读、数字图像分析软件全自动判读。本文对上述方法的优缺点进行分析,为探讨和建立一种重复性好的方法提供思路。
