涠洲岛花柳珊瑚Anthogorgia sp.的化学成分研究

摘要 目的研究花柳珊瑚Anthogorgia sp.(wzxy-04)乙酸乙酯提取物的次级代谢产物。方法采用正、反相硅胶柱色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱进行分离,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到5个倍半萜类化合物,包括互为对映异构体的倍半萜单聚体化合物(1a)和(1b),1个降碳倍半萜(2),3个愈创木薁类倍半萜linderazulene(3)、ketolactone(4)和2,2’-biguaiazlenyl(5)。结论花柳珊瑚乙酸乙酯部分的化学成分主要为倍半萜类化合物。化合物1a为新的化合物,化合物2为新的天然产物。化合物5在NO抗炎实验中,显示中等活性的抑制作用。 Objective To study the secondary metabolites from the EtOACextract of a gorgonian Anthracorgia sp.(wzxy-04).Methods The compounds were seperated by silica gel and reverse phase column chromatography and purified by semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The chemical structures of the compounds were identified based on physico-chemical properties and spectral data.Results Five sesquiterpenoids were isolated,including apair of enantiomers(1 aand 1 b),a carbon reduced sesquiterpinoid(2),three guaiazulene derivatives linderazulene(3),ketolactone(4),and 2,2'-biguaiazlenyl(5).Conclusion The chemical constituents of EtOACextract were mainly sesquiterpenoids.Compound 1 awas a new compound,compound 2 was a new natural product.Compound 5 showed moderate inhibitory activity in the NO antiinflammatory test.
