特发性肺纤维化的细胞和分子生物学标志的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 特发性肺纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, IPF)是特发性间质性肺炎(idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, IIP)中的一种常见类型,其特征是呼吸困难和肺功能呈进行性恶化,并且与不良预后相关。目前针对IPF的早期预警、鉴别诊断、治疗策略选择和预后判断等方面均缺乏有效的客观预测指标。精准医学医疗模式强调在临床表现和辅助检查的基础上,结合基因或分子机制对疾病进行精细分类,以个人基因组信息为基础,结合蛋白质组和代谢组等相关信息,为患者量身定制最佳治疗方案。
