摘要 主要介绍施甸县摆榔民居布朗族整乡推进整乡帮扶尖山安置点民居的设计过程,针对钢框架支撑体系和当地建筑墙体材料及屋面材料而配套研究了梁柱节点做法、墙体与钢柱钢梁连接做法、防火做法、支撑体系节点做法。支撑体系作为整个结构中关键部品,通过楼板将支撑体系、框架柱、框架梁连成一个抗侧力、抗竖向荷载的轻型框架支撑结构,支撑在其中承担绝大部分侧力,支撑采用了对称单拉杆体系,满足受拉构件长细比要求。设计了新型支撑与柱连接节点,并建立有限元模型分析其力学性能,结构受力节点满足"强节点弱构件"要求。设计新型的当地墙体和钢梁钢柱连接节点,严格控制柱截面宽度和梁截面宽度,满足连接节点耐久性要求,防止墙体与钢柱或钢梁连接位置开裂。 The paper introduced the design process of residential building which located in Bailang town,Shidian county. Based on the steel and steel frame support system,local building wall materials and roofing materials,the manufacturing methods for beam-column joint,wall and steel column steel beam connection,fire prevention and support system joints were studied. As the key part of the whole structure,the support system,frame columns and frame beams were formed into a light frame support structure which was resistant to lateral force and vertical load. The brace bore most of the lateral force resistance. A symmetrical single pull rod system was adopted to meet the requirements of the slenderness ratio of the tensile member. A new type of support and column connection joint was designed. The structural stress joints could meet the requirements of strong joints and weak components with the finite element analysis. A new type of joints of local wall and steel beam or steel column was designed. The widths of cross section of beam and column were strict. The joint could meet the durability requirements and prevent the crack of wall and steel column.
