RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF STEEL STRUCTURE PRE-ASSEMBLY SIMULATION TECHNIQUE

摘要 通过对钢结构模拟预拼装技术的研究,提出了基于工地焊缝与工地螺栓的测控点提取方法,以解决实际应用中误测、漏测问题,提高检测效率;提出了基于EOPA分析的点剔除迭代算法,可有效解决不合格点最少化目标;还提出了基于遗传算法的全站仪智能站位算法,以解决复杂构件检测中全站仪最少站位问题。 Based on the study of the pre-assembled simulation technique for steel structure,the method of measuring and controlling points based on the site weld and site bolt was presented,which solve the problem of deviation and leakage in practical application,and it improves the detection efficiency. An iterative method of point elimination based on EOPA analysis was proposed,with could effectively solve the problem of unqualified points. The paper also proposed the total station intelligent positioning algorithm based on genetic algorithm,minimize the position numbers of total station to solve the problem of complex component detection.
