海水腐蚀条件下304不锈钢疲劳性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对304不锈钢光滑及缺口疲劳试件在无腐蚀及模拟海水腐蚀条件下进行单轴拉压疲劳试验,研究海水腐蚀条件对304不锈钢疲劳特性的影响。将模拟海水条件下的试验结果与无腐蚀试验条件下的结果对比,定量分析在海水腐蚀条件下应力幅值及缺口深度对其疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:海水腐蚀对光滑试件的疲劳性能影响较小,而对缺口试件的疲劳性能影响较大;并且随着应力幅和缺口深度增加,疲劳试件对海水腐蚀的敏感性增加。 An experimental research on smooth and notch fatigue specimen which made of 304 stainless steel under uniaxial tension and compression loads was carried out under the condition of no corrosion and seawater corrosion,in order to study the effects of seawater corrosion on the fatigue characteristics of 304 stainless steel. Compared with the experiment results,the effects of the stress amplitude and notch depth on fatigue performance were quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that the seawater corrosion had little impact on the fatigue properties of the smooth specimens,while it had a greater influence on notch specimens; with the increase of stress amplitude and notch depth,the sensitivity to seawater corrosion would increase accordingly.
