摘要
在炼钢轧钢过程中应用中频感应加热时由于钢坯入炉温度分布不均,变化较大,而人工操控加热炉难以达到钢坯出炉温度的准确性和稳定性,导致轧钢性能变差。为此,本文通过采用分层优化的方法,利用PPI协议从西门子PLC获取实时数据,并通过数据建模方法建立钢坯加热过程模型,采用专家经验设计优化方案,并将加热电压优化曲线下传给PLC。在PLC端采用分段PID算法实现电压曲线的跟踪控制。实验结果表明本文的分层优化控制方法取得了很好的效果。
During the medium frequency induction heating of steelmaking and roiling process, the temperature distribution of the billet is uneven. The manual operation is difficult to achieve the accuracy and stability of the billet temperature. Therefore, by using the hierarchical optimization method and using the PPI protocol to get realtime data from SIEMENS PLC, and establishing the billet heating process model by data modeling method, the optimization plan is designed by expert experience, and the heating voltage optimization curve is transmitted to PLC. The tracking control of voltage curve is realized by using the piecewise PID algorithm at the PLC end. The experimental results show that the hierarchical optimization control method in this paper has achieved good results.
