有机光伏应用中PVK-C_(60)共聚物性能增强研究

Performance Enhancement of Poly (N-vinylcarbazole) with Covalently Bonded C_(60) for Photovoltaic Application

摘要 相比于由聚N-乙烯咔唑和C_(60)混合而成的混合物材料,在相同条件下,由聚N-乙烯咔唑与C_(60)共价结合所得的聚合物材料(PVK-C_(60))所组成的光伏器件的性能得到显著的提高。在PVK-C_(60)共聚物中,咔唑团充当施主,共价结合的球壳状碳分子(富勒烯)C_(60)充当受主。开路电压从混合物器件的0.25V提高到了PVK-C_(60)共聚物器件的大于1V。PVK-C_(60)的吸收边扩展到了整个可见光光谱范围,而它们的简单混合物在这个范围内只有非常弱的吸收。光致发光光谱显示,PVK-C_(60)共聚物较之它们的简单混合物有着更明显的光谱猝灭,这意味着在PVK-C_(60)共聚物中,施主(咔唑)和受主(C_(60))的结合状态更好。 In this paper,it is found that the photovoltaic device based on the copolymer of poly(N-vinylcarbazole)with covalently bonded C60(PVK-C60)exhibits significant performance enhancement compared to that based on the simple blend of poly(N-vinylcarbazole)and C60.In PVK-C60copolymer,the carbazole block acts as donor and covalently attached fullerene(C60)acts as acceptor.The open circuit voltage(V_(oc))is increased from 0.25Vfor the blend to more than 1V for PVK-C60copolymer.The absorption edge of PVK-C60 extends through the entire visible spectrum,while the blend has very weak absorption in this range.PL spectrum shows that there is more obvious spectrum quenching for PVK-C60copolymer than the blend which implies wellmixed states of donor(carbazole)and acceptor(C60)in PVK-C60copolymer.
