季铵盐作用下微细石英颗粒聚团沉降试验研究

摘要 为了掌握季铵盐类药剂对微细石英颗粒聚团沉降效果的影响,以季铵盐类药剂1231、1431、1631、1831作为聚团药剂开展了不同浓度药剂作用下微细石英颗粒聚团沉降试验,通过测定药剂作用后上清液透光率、沉降产率、石英颗粒表面Zeta电位、FTIR测试,考察了药剂浓度对微细石英颗粒聚团沉降行为的影响。结果表明:试验浓度范围内,1231在高浓度下(≥0.8 mmol/L)有利于石英的聚团沉降;1431在0.1~1.6 mmol/L对石英聚团沉降效果较好;1631、1831在低浓度(≤0.2 mmol/L)有利于石英的聚团沉降,在高浓度(≥0.4 mmol/L)不利于微细石英颗粒聚团沉降;季铵盐在石英颗粒表面发生了物理吸附。 In order to investigate the mechanism on aggregation settlement of fine quartz by quaternary ammonium salt,the aggregation settlement of fine quartz was carried out using different concentration of quaternary ammonium salt,i.e.,1231,1431,1631 and 1831.The effect concentration of quaternary ammonium salt on agglomeration settlement behavior of fine quartz particles was investigated by determining the light transmittance of supernatant fluid,sedimentation rate,Zeta potential and FTIR spectra.The results prove that within the concentration range of this study,high concentration of 1231( ≥0.8 mmol/L) can improve hydrophobic aggregation of quartz.The concentration of 1431 is very effective on hydrophobic aggregation of quartz under the concentration between 0.1 mmol/L and 1.6 mmol/L.As well,the concentration of 1631 and 1831 are very effective on hydrophobic aggregation of quartz under low concentration( ≤0.2 mmol/L). In addition,high concentration of 1631 and 1831( ≥0.4 mmol/L) may weak the aggregation settlement of fine quartz.Quaternary ammonium salt physically is found be adsorbed on the surface of quartz.
