摘要
研究了硫氰酸汞-硫酸高铁铵分光光度法测定混凝土减水剂中氯离子含量的方法检测条件,如最大吸收波长、显色介质及酸度、显色剂用量、显色时间及其稳定性、显色温度、共存离子的影响与消除等。通过与离子色谱测定法比较,在测定范围0~3.42μg/ml内,该方法既克服了离子色谱法设备昂贵的限制,又能满足科研生产中对检测数据准确、稳定和快速的要求。
Test conditions for determination of chloride ion content in concrete water reducer was studied by spectrophotometry,for example,Maximum absorption wavelength,Color media and acidity,Chromogenic dose,Color time and its stability,The color temperature,The influence and elimination of coexisting ions.Compared with ion chromatographic method,in the determination of the range of 0 - 3.42μg/ml,the method can overcome the limit of expensive ion chromatography equipment,and meet the requirements on the accurate,stable and fast in the scientific research and Production applications of test data.
