摘要
以A/S为2.97的低品位铝土矿为研究对象开展了浮选工艺研究。分析了矿石的化学成分、矿物组成、嵌布特征,在实验室分别采用浮选机、浮选柱进行了同一浮选流程对比实验。考察了低品位铝土矿的浮选特性,提出了浮选机与旋流静态微泡浮选柱相结合的机柱联合高效分选工艺,闭路流程最终得到Al2O3含量62.04%、A/S 6.42、回收率75.8%的精矿。在半工业实验中对旋流静态微泡浮选柱进行了优化,获得了良好的选矿指标,进一步验证了该工艺的可靠性。
The flotation process for the low grade bauxite with A/S of 2.97 was studied. The chemical composition, mineral components and embedded characteristics were investigated. Comparison experiments of the same flotation circuit were carried out using the flotation machine and column. The flota- tion features of the low grade bauxite were studied, and the combination separation process of cyclonic - static microbubble flotation column and machine was pointed out. Concentrate with A12 03 content of 62.04%, A/S of 6.42 and recovery efficiency of 75.8% was acquired. In the pilot test, the cyclonic - static microbubble flow sheet was optimized and a better mineral processing index was obtained, which confirmed the reliability of this process.
