摘要
金属网电除尘(也称筛分电除尘)是一种适用于高温烟气、氧化铝等高比电阻粉尘工况下的电除尘新技术,特别适合氢氧化铝焙烧除尘。分析了金属网电除尘的除尘原理、分级除尘特性、团聚机理、伏安特性等,设计了一种与常规电场组合的复合多层金属网电除尘器,并探讨了其除尘效率计算式。在氢氧化铝焙烧的工程应用探索表明,金属网电除尘器可实现出口粉尘浓度10mg/m3以下的"超低排放"要求。
Metal mesh Electrostatic Precipitator( M -ESP) which is also called sieving ESP, is a new technology and suitable for being used in the condi- tions of high - temperature gas or high specific resistance dust as Al2O3 , especially suitable for dust remove of A1 (OH) 3 calcination. The analysis on the dust - cleaning principle, classified remove, agglomeration model and V - A characteristics of M - ESP is carried out. Then a kind of M - ESP which combined electric field and metal mesh field is designed, and the formula to calculate the collection efficiency is developed. The engineering application of AI(OH) 3 calcination shows that the M - ESP can achieve the outlet dust concentration can get lower than 10mg/m^3 , and meet the ultra - low dust e- mission requirements.
