摘要
实验研究,确定了锂云母通过硫酸盐法制备碳酸锂最佳的硫酸盐添加组分及添加量,以及焙烧后锂云母熟料的最佳浸出条件,并通过沉锂实验,确定了浓缩、沉锂、析钠、二次沉锂的工艺路线,为工业中试提供了扎实的数据支撑。
The optimum sulfate components and additions of lithium mica for the preparation of lithium carbonate by the sulfate method and the optimum leaching conditions for the lithium mica clinker after calcination were determined through the experimental study. The processes of concentration, lithium sinking, sodium precipitation, secondary sinking of lithium were decided by lithium sinking test, providing a solid data support for the industrial test.
