摘要
配方中各粒极以及球磨粉布朗值与生阳极制品最终性能有着密不可分的关系。各粒级稳定差,特别是球磨粉布朗值的稳定差是许多炭阳极生产工厂存在的问题。针对该问题,本文对配方中各粒级以及球磨粉布朗值的稳定差通过案例进行了探讨。
The particle fraction distribution and the Blaine value of the ball milled powder in the formula has close relationship with the green anode's final performance, the poor stability of particle fraction exists in some carbon anode product plants, especially the poor stability of Blaine value of the ball milled powder. The problems are discussed in this paper, which are lack of stability of particle fraction and Blaine value of ball milled powder in the formula.
