摘要 为了更好地进行石化企业重大危险源的管控,利用可拓学理论可解决矛盾问题的原理建立了针对石化企业重大危险源的多级可拓评估模型,该模型基于易燃、易爆、有毒的重大危险源评价模式,在"固有危险性"和"危险抵消因素"的矛盾对立层面上设定了7个一级指标和23个二级指标,采用可拓层次分析法(EHAP)对某石化企业重大危险源进行安全评估研究,结果表明该企业的安全等级为比较安全,但有一定的事故倾向性,应采取更好地控制措施提升安全性能. In order to carry out the major hazards of petrochemical enterprise management, the multilevel extension evaluation model for major risk sources of petrochemical enterprises was established using the extension principle theory which can solve the contradiction problems. The model was based on flammable, explosive, toxic and significant hazard assessment model, which set 7 first-level indicators and 23 second-level indicators of the "inherent risk" and "dangerous offsetting factor", using the analytical hierarchy process(EHAP) in a petrochemical enterprise major hazard assessment of safety studies. The results showed that the safety of the enterprise level is relatively safe, but there is a certain tendency of accident,people should take better control measures to enhance safety performance.
