摘要
实践性是社会工作的专业本性使然,"学以致用"是社会工作实践教学的应有之义。抽离了社会工作教学的实践性,社会工作者的临床服务能力就失去了历练的空间和机会,所以实践教学是社会工作教育的生命,它关乎社会工作专业的命运。然而,在当下社会工作专业教学中,理论教学是"刚性要求",而实践教学则是"柔性选择"。这种"差别待遇"使社会工作实践教学陷入了思想认识、经费投入、督导能力、场所专业性四个不足的困境。为了从困境中突围,应循着实践教学渗入理论教学的思路进行理论教学的"供给侧改革",完成实践教学与理论教学一体两面的互嵌和交融,以期实现"知行合一"的目标诉求。
The nature of the major of Social Work is practicality.Social work teaching in practice means inherently learning for use.Deprived of its practicality,the future social workers would lose their space and chances for training their"clinical service"ability.Therefore,teaching in practice is so important that it concerns the destiny of the major of Social Work.However,in the present professional teaching arrangement,theoretical instruction is compulsory while teaching in practice is flexible or optional.This sort of"biased"treatment puts social work teaching in practice in trouble of insufficient conceptual understanding,insufficient funds,insufficient teaching supervision,and insufficient technicality of the teaching lieu.To get out of the trouble,we need to implement the"supply-side reform"by converging teaching in practice in theoretical instruction so as to attain the goal of"combining knowledge and practice."
