摘要
通过“化学分类试验”与红外、电导滴定法等联用 ,对荆树皮栲胶不同氧化降解程度产物的官能团进行了研究。结果表明 ,荆树皮栲胶氧化降解产物的主要官能团有酚羟基、羧基 (结构为Ar -CO -O- )、亚甲基等 ,不含氯代或烃基取代芳烃、醛、酮及醌。荆树皮栲胶通过降解反应产生了羧基等新的官能团 ,且随着降解程度的提高 。
Functional groups of the oxidizing degraded products of Black Wattle extract have been studied by using chemical classified tests , IR spectrum and conductivity titration methods. The results show that the oxidizing degraded products have functional groups such as phenolic hydroxyl ,carboxyl (Ar-CO-O-) , methylene and etc., and have no chlorine or hydrocarbon substitute aromatics ,aldehyde, ketone and quinone .The new functional group of carboxyl has been introduced by oxidizing degradation reaction ,and the higher the degradation degree ,the more the content .
