高职顶岗实习管理平台的研究与应用——以广东食品药品职业学院为例

The Study and Application of Internship Management Platform in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Guangdong Food and Drug Vocational College

高职顶岗实习管理平台是利用互联网技术设计和开发的一套实习管理系统,其目的是有效地进行实习管理。高职学生在顶岗实习中的各种信息通过网络及时反馈,指导教师也能实时地了解并指导学生实习。顶岗实习管理平台的应用,弥补了传统顶岗实习模式的教师与学生之间互动少、效率低、管理困难、对学生指导与评价不够及时等缺点。顶岗实习管理平台的建立,极大提高了高职实习管理的效率,具有很强的针对性、实用性和创新性。本文以广东食品药品职业学院为例,对高职顶岗实习管理平台的应用进行阐述,分析平台在使用过程中存在的问题和不足,为进一步完善实习管理平台提供依据。

The internship management platform in higher vocational colleges is designed and developed by Internet technology,and its aim is to conduct the internship management effectively. The various internship information of students can be timely fed back through the platform,and the instructors can also learn and instruct students in real time. The application of the internship management platform has made up the shortcomings of traditional management mode,such as the lack of interaction between teachers and students,the low efficiency,the management difficulties and the lack of timely guidance and evaluation on students.The establishment of the management platform,which is well-targeted,practical and innovative,has greatly improved the efficiency of internship management in higher vocational colleges. Through a case study of Guangdong Food and Drug Vocational College,this paper expounded the application of internship management platform in the higher vocational college and analyzed the problems and deficiencies when using the platform,in order to provide basis for further optimizing the internship management platform.
