摘要
大数据时代下,教育改革呈现被动性,传统职业教育以纠正问题为出发点,实施各项改革措施,却忽略了人的积极性,在解决问题的同时,新的问题产生,效果并不理想。要想预防问题的产生,教育就要致力于发展人的积极品质,培养学生的积极人格,积极心理,使学生全面健康地成长。教师要拥有积极的心理,帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观等,将职业教育改革进行到底。
In the era of big data,education reform is passive. The traditional vocational education takes correcting problems as the starting point,and the reform measures ignore people's enthusiasm. At the same time of problem solving,new problems occur,so the effect is not very ideal. To prevent problems,education is committed to the development of people's positive qualities,to cultivate students' positive personality,and positive psychology,and to make students grow up healthily. The teacher must have a positive psychology,and help students to set up the correct outlook on life,and values,to continuously reform in vocational education.
