灾害背景下PICU的应急准备方案

儿童独特的生理、发育和心理属性使他们成为大规模灾害事件中较为脆弱的群体之一。对于PICU，制定合理可行的灾害应急准备方案，可提高其灾害应对能力，使灾害中患儿结局最优化。PICU的灾害应急准备方案应当涵盖：灾害时各种资源分配利用；区域间的合作救援和患儿转运撤离；特殊情况下救治中的伦理问题；患儿、家属和医护人员的心理疏导等。PICU的相关工作人员需从各方面考虑，制定合理的计划，从而让重症监护病房的救治工作能有条不紊地进行。

Due to the unique physiological, developmental and psychological properties, children become one of the most ,Julnerable groups in large-scale disaster events. In the case of pediatric intensive care unit （PICU）, a reasonable and feasible plans for disaster can be developed to optimize the disaster response ability and the outcome of patients. The disaster response preparedness plans of PICU should cover： distribu- tion and utilization of various resources in disaster; inter-regional cooperation; patient transport evacuation; ethical issues in treatment under special circumstances ; psychological construction of patients and their family members,medical staff, and so on. Considering from all aspects, the relevant staff of PICU should make reasonable plan which let the medical work can be conducted in an order way.
