摘要 立基于现代科学主义的视角,教师生涯阶段的相关认识无疑将悖逆于古典的目的论立场,折射出近代以来科学理性膨胀后的人类生活境况。基于对古典视阈的分析来看,教师生涯阶段问题可从教师的培养过程与教师的实践过程两大维度加以把握。古典智慧对于现代人充分理解教师生涯阶段问题有着多方面的启发,如确证教师生涯阶段的良善立场、推进教师生涯阶段的具体展开、建构教师生涯阶段的外在支持。 From the perspective of modem scientism, the cognition obtained in the stage of teacher career is undoubtedly opposite to the standpoint of classic teleology, which reflects the living situation of human beings after the inflation of scientific rationality since the modem times. According to the analysis of classic vision, problems concerning teacher career stage can he solved from the two aspects of teachers' cultivation process and teachers' practice process. The wits of classic vision have many implications for modern people to fully understand the problems of teacher career stage, such as verifying the kind-hearted standpoint of teacher career stage, pushing forward the concrete development of teacher career stage and constructing the exterior support of teacher career stage.
