摘要
随着信息技术的发展以及终身教育思想的深入,具有共同专业化需求的学习者走到一起形成学习共同体,这种非正式的远程教育形式为广大学习者提供了提升自我的良好平台。从社会学的角度来看,在线学习共同体具有以下社会学特征:加强网络安全,保护个人隐私,保障群体时空的社会化与个体化;重视异质性群体特征,强化群体社会性交互;建立良好群体规范,促进群体规模最大化;关注个人知识社会化,实现群体知识共享最优化。
With the development of information technology and the deepening of lifelong education, learners with common professional needs come together to form the learning community. This informal form of distance education provides a good platform for learners to improve themselves. From the perspective of sociology,online learning community has the following characteristics of sociology: strengthening the network security to protect personal privacy and ensuring the socialization and individualization of time and space of the group; focusing on the heterogeneous characteristics of the group and strengthening the social interaction between groups; establishing the good group norms and promoting the maximization of group size; and paying attention to the socialization of personal knowledge and realizing the optimization of group knowledze sharing.
