摘要
研究了一类随机时滞静态神经网络的稳定性问题,利用随机分析的知识和M-矩阵的理论,给出了一些新结果,并推广了有关文献中的结论。
In this paper, we study the mean square stability for stochastic delayed static neural networks. By applying the Lyapunov method, stochastic analysis approaches and the properties of the M-matrix, some new criteria are derived. Our results improve and generalize some existing ones.
